Mission Viejo cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Bolourian, performs all surgeries in our sterile onsite surgical facility. He starts by creating an incision in your mouth on the inside of the cheek where it will not leave a visible scar. He then carefully reduces a portion of the buccal fat in each cheek to create your desired facial profile before closing the incisions with small sutures. You will spend a short time resting while we monitor your comfort levels before you return home to recover.
