Your Mission Viejo neck lift procedure will be performed in our well-equipped onsite surgical facility. You may be given twilight sedation by I.V. along with local anesthesia. Dr. Bolourian may begin by performing liposuction under your chin and in the jowls. He will then make small incisions behind your ears and under your chin to lift and tighten the platysma muscle in the neck, creating a more sculpted contour. He will also carefully remove excess skin to make the neck and jawline smoother and more youthful looking.
